Verification process must be completed for educational certificates, employment experiences, health license/registration and good standing certificate.

Plan validity depends on the specific plan you have purchased. Standard and Premium plans have up to 60 days and 90 days respectively or up until your exam; whichever comes first. Any personal information as well as learning history and results are safe. All accounts are programmed to be closed after exams to protect the Privacy and Information of each user. For further information please refer to our Privacy Policy. All-access is provided strictly as per subscription validity. All extension requests, free of charge should be strictly made within the validity period (i.e. subscription expiry). Extension requests, free of charge after the validity period are against the Terms of Purchase, and you will be prompted on your account to make a small payment for such extensions. For those booking exams through eNursing Portal, the system will update your exam dates and this may include a complementary extension of your subscription for a limited period to support your learning up until your exam date. Other than the above plans, you have an option to enroll on our Mock tests (model exams) on it owns, if you are confident that you have completed your learning and only need to Test your readiness for the actual exam day.
